₹0 direct advisory fee to the occupier where operator-side channel compensation applies. PrimeSpaceWorks supports evaluation, negotiation and deployment coordination through enterprise workspace partners.
Workspace Consulting
Analytics & Project Management
Fixed retainer or 8%–10% of project CAPEX where project management applies. Used for space utilization analytics, workspace audits, fit-out coordination or dedicated consulting assignments.

Asset Acquisition Advisory
1% to 2% of total asset transaction value. Covers curated sourcing, financial yield review, tenant covenant evaluation and due diligence coordination for serious investors.
