Cancellation & Refund Policy
This document defines the protocols for termination and reimbursements regarding advisory work at PrimeSpaceWorks LLP. Engaging our team signifies your consent to these established commercial terms.
1. Policy Overview
These terms govern every corporate real estate mandate, site selection project, and asset management agreement conducted by PrimeSpaceWorks across the Greater National Capital Region market.
2. Professional Work & Finality of Charges
Our consulting is driven by extensive analytics and field studies. Consequently, all professional retainers, initial consulting fees, and operational costs are considered final once the work begins.
3. Mandate Termination
Clients can end an advisory mandate with a written notice. For leasing and search projects, cancellations are bound by the minimum terms of your specific contract. Accrued success fees remain due.
4. Refund Conditions & Timelines
Reimbursements are strictly limited to cases where contract milestones were not met. Qualified refunds are settled within 15-20 working days through the same banking channel used during the payment.
5. Changes to Your Schedule
Consultations or site tours can be adjusted with a 24-hour alert. Frequent changes to the schedule might lead to a revision of the project duration or the application of administrative surcharges.
6. Transaction Success Disclaimer
PrimeSpaceWorks delivers market intelligence and access. We cannot promise a final transaction as it relies on third-party developers and owners. Fees are for advisory labor, not deal outcomes.
7. Disputes & Chargebacks
Concerns regarding our service depth must be submitted to the Corporate Desk. We will legally challenge any unauthorized chargebacks using the signed engagement letter as primary evidence.
8. Legal Framework & Updates
PrimeSpaceWorks may modify these terms as required. Every engagement is subject to Indian law, with all legal proceedings handled exclusively by the judiciary in Gurugram or New Delhi.
Policy for Reimbursements
Consulting Terms
Our consulting involves deep market mapping and resource deployment. Ending a contract after a week of signing will trigger a setup fee. If the strategy has been delivered, the fee is non-refundable.
Selection Work
Active search projects can be ended via email. Initial search fees or data costs are non-refundable as they cover hard costs. Success fees are only voided if stopped before any property visits occur.
Owner Mandates
Exclusive listing mandates require 30 days of notice. Marketing expenses, professional photography, and signage costs incurred by our team are recoverable. Active negotiations follow holdover rules.

1. Scope of Engagement
This Refund and Cancellation Policy details the financial obligations between PrimeSpaceWorks and its partners. It covers all advisory and site acquisition services in the Delhi NCR territory.
2. Retainer Structures
Advisory projects require significant preliminary data work. Therefore, upfront retainers and expert fees are non-refundable once the official mandate is signed and our technical team starts work.
3. Advisory Contract Termination
Clients may end advisory projects with 15 days of notice. For search and listing works, any marketing spend or site travel costs pre-authorized by you will be deducted from any available refund.
4. Processing Refund Requests
Once a refund is approved, funds are returned via the original payment route within 21 business days. PrimeSpaceWorks maintains the right to withhold operational costs from the final settlement.
5. Extensions and Pauses
A transaction mandate can be paused for up to 90 days. Retainers remain as credit for future needs. If a project remains dormant beyond 90 days, it is closed and all fees are considered utilized.
6. No Closing Guarantee
PrimeSpaceWorks offers professional guidance and data. Our service fees are for time and expertise and are never contingent on the decisions of landlords, developers, or fluctuating market trends.
7. Jurisdiction and Claims
