Our services are advisory-led and involve significant upfront market research, data analysis, and resource allocation. Professional fees, retainer amounts, and administrative costs once deployed are non-refundable.
3. Cancellation Rules
Clients may cancel advisory mandates via written notice. For property search and landlord mandates, cancellation remains subject to the minimum lock-in periods defined in the specific service agreement. Any pending success fees for transactions already initiated continue to be due.
4. Refund Eligibility & Timelines
Refunds are only considered in cases of documented non-performance of specific contract milestones. Eligible refunds are processed within 15-20 business days of approval via the original payment method.
5. Rescheduling & Postponement
Advisory sessions or property site visits may be rescheduled with 24-hour notice. Repeated postponements may result in a revision of the service timeline or additional administrative charges.
6. No Guarantee of Transaction Closure
PrimeSpaceWorks provides expert advisory and market access. We do not guarantee the final closure of a transaction, as deal finalization depends on third-party landlord or developer approvals. Fees paid for advisory work are independent of final deal outcomes.
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
Any disputes regarding service quality must be raised with our Corporate Desk. Unauthorized chargebacks will be contested based on the signed mandate and evidence of service delivery.
8. Policy Updates & Governing Law
PrimeSpaceWorks reserves the right to update this policy at any time. All services and disputes are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Gurugram/Delhi.

Cancellation & Refund Terms

Advisory Mandates
Advisory mandates involve significant initial market research and professional mobilization. Cancellation after the first 7 days of mandate signing incurs a mobilization fee. If the report or strategy document has been submitted, the base consulting component remains strictly non-refundable.
Property Search
Clients may cancel active property search mandates via written notice. Any upfront search-as-a-service fees or survey costs are non-refundable as they cover logistical expenses and data acquisition. Success-based components are only waived if cancellation occurs prior to property inspection/site visits.
Landlord Mandates
Exclusive landlord mandates require 30-day notice for cancellation. Marketing costs, photography, and signage fees incurred by PrimeSpaceWorks during the listing period are recoverable from the landlord upon cancellation. Termination during an ongoing active negotiation is subject to specific holdover clauses.

2. Service Nature and Fees
Transactional advisory services involve significant upfront market research and mobilization. Consequently, professional retainers and specialized consultation fees are non-refundable once the engagement mandate is signed and technical search commences.
3. Cancellation of Advisory Mandates
Clients may cancel advisory mandates by providing a 15-day written notice. For property search and landlord mandates, any incurred marketing expenses or site visit costs authorized by the client will be adjusted against any refundable portion of the service charge.
4. Refund Eligibility and Timelines
Where eligibility is established, refunds will be processed via original payment methods within 21 business days of formal approval. PrimeSpaceWorks reserves the right to deduct administrative costs prior to the disbursement of any settlement.
5. Rescheduling and Postponement
Postponement of transaction mandates is permitted for a period of up to 90 days. Retainers will be held as credit and applied to future services. Beyond 90 days, if the project is not re-initiated, the engagement will be considered closed and non-refundable.
6. No Transaction Guarantee
PrimeSpaceWorks provides expert advisory and facilitation. Our fees are for professional expertise and data access, and are not contingent upon the final execution of a property transaction by third parties or market conditions.
7. Chargebacks and Governing Law

Advisory Mandates: Cancellation must be notified in writing at least 7 days before the next milestone. Fees for completed milestones remain payable.
Property Search: Engagement may be terminated at any time; however, any mobilization fee paid is non-refundable.
Landlord Mandates: Exclusive mandates require a 30-day written notice for termination.
4. Refund Eligibility and Timelines
Refunds are only considered for non-commenced services or in cases of documented service failure. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 15–21 working days after formal approval.

Clients may request a postponement of advisory sessions or property visits with 24-hour notice. Repeated rescheduling may result in an administrative surcharge as per the engagement letter.
6. No Guarantee of Transaction Closure
Our fees are for professional advisory and search efforts. We do not guarantee a definitive transaction closure, and lack of transaction finalization does not constitute a ground for refund of mobilization or advisory fees.
7. Chargebacks and Disputes
Client agrees not to initiate chargebacks for services delivered or milestones achieved. Any disputes shall first be reported to the corporate desk for internal resolution.
